when i'm about to join a game or make a game i get a blue screen: a fatal exception 0e has occurred at 0028:E57E9D03 in vxd asp4wave(01) + 00014553. plz help me to correct this.

Issue: Esf crashes to a blue screen at startup

Problem:You're probably using EAX or Aureal sound fx, and your soundcard doesn't support that.
Fix: Disable those fx and try again.
