Auto FFA Mode

I play LAN games at internet cafe, and I put ESF on all the computers. But I always type mp_gamemode 0 after i choose a team and then We have to play teams, So i was wondering if there is and option in the advance area to make it auto FFA. Or maybe i just have to be fast before everyone joins my game and we are forced to play Teammode?

uuuh ya in advanced server options when u make a server theres a game type option u scrole down the list and pick what u want
