Look Lion you know whats the prob? Your clan doesnt got a server. U would say i can open it when i want to play but the thing is: a rented server would help the team meet with each other at any hour it woundt be lag and it would be great for training. If you can find a way to rent a server your clan should live very uber long. GooD Luck

Having one good player doesn't mean your clan stands a chance. Just a heads up.

If anything, just find a few random people at your skill level, have "clan practices" or w/e as often as possible, and if all goes well you'll be able to hold your own. You'll also have learned to work as a team since you know how your clanmates fight.
