It takes a lot more than a simple question to make people want to join a clan...

For instance, what would be the name, why make one, what kind would it be? How long would it last? What makes the clan so special? And how long would you be interested in it?

If these are not thought out, I am pretty sure most "clans" disband under a month.

I'd say it'd be better to ask people while playying esf, that way you get a better idea of who you'd want in a clan and then ask them if they would be interested in being in a clan.
