They will both be within 1 frame of each other, unless one is overclocked, so get whichever one you'd like.

the gainward cards are better in my opinion , plus they come factory oced , so you will enjoy the benifit of having a card that comes factory oced coz it is sure to be faster then some other 68gt's and it will still have a warranty on it ^_^
